I was recommended to these guys from a friend who has used them. They have recently fitted a lithium battery to my campervan. We hit the road in our motorhome yesterday to come up north, first night off grid and we realised our Truma boiler wasn't working as it should. A call into the team at Motorhome Kings to see if they could help with solving the issue and they said that although they were two engineers down, and busy we could pay a visit. We made our way, and after an hour or so the team located the fault and provided a diagnostic report. While we can't get the work done here due to our itinerary it has given us what we need to get the boiler sorted on return home. Very helpful team, really friendly and accommodating. This is my second time using Motorhome Kings on Davy Bank in Wallsend, and once again I’m really impressed with the service. I was originally recommended them by another company I used to use, and I’m really glad they did. All the work was carried out efficiently and in a timely manner, which I really appreciated. A special mention to Marie on reception, who is always super helpful, friendly, and keeps everything running smoothly.
